Details regarding the origin and manufacturing process of our products are accessible for a selected range of items, and by 2025, will be extended to 100% of our collections. • Chargeable returns - within 14 days. The €7 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns are by mail only; no in-store returns will be accepted for Friends & Family orders. If your order includes Friends & Family items and items from current collections, the cost of returning items from current collections is free.

Once the transaction is validated by our payment provider, the amount of your order will be automatically debited via your Apple Pay account.

You can choose to pay in one go or in four installments without fees for amounts between €30 and €2,000.
The payment will be divided into four installments: a quarter at the time of purchase, followed by the remaining balance in three monthly payments.
Alma
Opt for installment payments without fees through Alma.
Payment is split into three installments for orders between €150 and €2,000.
A third will be debited at the time of purchase, followed by two additional deductions in the following months.
