For the duration of the Game, the Organising Company will conduct four random draws from all valid entries per Wave to select one winner per day per Wave (hereinafter the "Winner(s)"), distributed as follows:

  • Wave 1 (from 1er to 7 December 2022): 7 Winners (1 per day) will be drawn on 08/12/2022;

  • Wave 4 (22-25 December 2022): 4 Winners (1 per day) will be drawn on 27/12/2022.

At the end of the Game, 25 Winners will have been drawn at random. They will each be informed of their win by email within 7 days of the date on which they were drawn.

They will each have a period of 15 days from receipt of the announcement of the prize to confirm their acceptance of the prize and send the information requested by return e-mail and/or by any other means indicated in the announcement of the prize.

Without confirmation from them within 15 days of the announcement of their win, or in the event of erroneous information (in particular an invalid or inaccurate telephone number, email or postal address), they will be considered to have renounced their prize. The prize will not be awarded to them and may not be claimed at a later date. In the event that a computer bug causes several messages announcing the prize to be delivered by mistake to one and the same recipient, said recipient will be deemed to have won the prize only once.

3.2 Endowments

The Game allows 25 Winners to receive one Maje accessory per Wave (hereafter the "Prize"):

  • Wave 1: the Prize is 122NCRECIEUSES or 122NPEARLCHOCKER (the allocation of Prizes will be at the sole discretion of the Organising Company)

The Winners may not demand that the Organising Company give them another object or service of any value, or even cash, in exchange for the Prize. If the Winners are unwilling or unable to take possession of their Prize, they will not be entitled to any compensation.

The Winner may not require the Organising Company to give him/her in exchange for the Prize: the Prize of another Wave, another model of the Prize, another object or another service, regardless of its value, or even cash. The Winner shall receive his/her Prize by post at the postal address that he/she indicated by email to the Organising Company following the announcement of their win, in accordance with article 3.1 of these Rules.
