What is the procedure for completing a return or exchange?

In order to return an item to us we invite you to use the freepost returns label included within your order (except for outlet sales).

Prepare your package by inserting the delivery note inside. Post your package to the following address, within 30 days :

A refund will be issued within a maximum of 48 hours after your returned items is received via the method of payment used for your purchase. Your bank account will then be credited the sum of the returned items and any initial delivery costs.

My item has a quality defect

Despite the great care that we give to our customers' orders and the quality control that we carry out before each delivery, on a rare occasion you may receive an item that you did not order or that was not intended for you. In this case, in order to be able to return an item and receive a reimbursement, customers must, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after their order is dispatched, complete the Return Form available in the Returns.

The items received are not what I ordered

In this case, in order to be able to return an item and receive a reimbursement, customers must, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after their order is dispatched, complete the Return Form available in the Returns.

Will delivery costs be reimbursed to me in the event of a return?

The delivery costs that may have been charged to you during shipping will be refunded if the entire order is returned. However, if your order contains several items and you would only like to return a portion of the order, these delivery costs will not be refunded.

If I return an item, when will I be reimbursed?

Once your return is received, the refund will be issued within 48 hours maximum. Your bank account will be re-credited the sum of the returned items and the delivery costs.

How do outlet sales work?

Outlet sales are temporary sales during which we offer certain items from our old collections at exceptional prices!

These sales have seen a great deal of success, and as such it may take a little longer to process your order.

We can only offer standard delivery during these sales. In-shop delivery and exoress delivery are not available.

Our stores are unable to process returns on items from these outlet sales, for either exchanges or refunds. We kindly ask you to send your package directly to our warehouse, within 30 days and with the delivery note to the following address:

The return costs will remain payable by you. We recommend that you keep the receipt for any subsequent questions relating to your return.
